The Memphis Jewish Community extends our deepest condolences to our Muslim brothers and sisters on the horrific massacre of Muslims at prayer in Christchurch, New Zealand. Our hearts go out to the families of those slaughtered, to those injured, to the local Memphis Muslim community, and to Muslims worldwide.
We are shocked and deeply saddened by this despicable act of hate against Muslim worshipers. It was a barbaric assault on every person who believes in the dignity of life.
We stand with you during this painful time. May we soon usher in an era free of hate and violence.
Sincerely,
